At the Morgan Lighthouse Condominiums in Jersey City, I supported construction administration during a full facade replacement project. The existing brick masonry and cast-stone cladding were removed due to insufficient bearing capacity. Our team oversaw the demolition and reconstruction of the facade, incorporating modern design elements alongside upgraded, weather-tight waterproofing systems. This project was a comprehensive facelift that enhanced both the building’s structural performance and its aesthetic presence, giving the condominium a durable, contemporary exterior suited for New Jersey’s climate.
